Your role as Account Manager

As an Account Manager B2B, you are the face of our corporate customers. You are the one who identifies business opportunities, develops customer relationships, and drives the entire sales process – from the first meeting to the completed deal. You are not just a salesperson – you are a strategic advisor and a trusted partner for our corporate customers.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Build and develop customer relationships - Create long-term partnerships with both new and existing corporate customers.
  • Sales development and new customer acquisition - Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within your region.
  • Sales meetings and needs analysis - Plan, book, and conduct customer meetings.
  • Follow-up and development of the customer portfolio - Ensure that all customers receive continuous follow-up.
  • Documentation and CRM management - Carefully document customer interactions, sales activities, and business status in our CRM system.
  • Forecast and business projections - Responsible for establishing and updating sales forecasts, as well as providing regular feedback on upcoming business opportunities.
  • Collaboration and teamwork - Work closely with Inside Sales, the B2B team, and other key individuals to optimize sales potential.

Employment type: The position is permanent with an initial probationary period.
Scope: Full-time, office hours with flexible arrangements.
Location: The position belongs to Region Malmö/Syd with placement in Jönköping – Hybrid work (Office, field, and home)
Salary: Monthly salary with a fixed part and performance-based bonus
